The Rich Family at Dunlawton Sugar Mill Gardens
The Rich family joined me for their family portraits at Dunlawton Sugar Mill Gardens in Port Orange, Florida. It’s one of my favorite local spots for family sessions, filled with trees, walking paths, and that perfect mix of light and shade that gives every photo a soft, natural feel.
Their boys were full of energy and curiosity, which made the photos even more fun. They explored the paths, ran between the trees, and brought out the best smiles from everyone. The candid moments we captured show exactly what I love about family photography: connection, laughter, and the little in-between moments that happen naturally.
The gardens gave us a beautiful backdrop with all the greenery and old stone structures, and the light filtering through the trees tied it all together. Sessions like this remind me how timeless a simple family photo can be when it’s filled with genuine moments.
