Dunlawton Sugar Mill Gardens is easily one of my favorite local spots for family photos in Port Orange. It has a little bit of everything that works well for a relaxed outdoor session: shaded paths, greenery, old Florida character, warm light, and plenty of quiet spots that do not feel too busy or overly staged.
For this family session, we kept things simple and natural. Mom, dad, and their baby spent time walking through the gardens, stopping in a few different areas for portraits, and letting the session feel easy instead of forced.
